Episcopal House of Prayer

The Episcopal House of Prayer is a 17-bed retreat center in central Minnesota, on the campus of Saint John’s Abbey and University. Tucked into the woods, the center has a fireplace hearth room and dining room that comfortably hold 24 and a full service kitchen as well as catering services. The Oratory, the center’s worship space, is designed for contemplative prayer. House of Prayer in the City

The House of Prayer also operates a day use facility next door to St. Mark’s Cathedral in downtown Minneapolis. Offering Monday night contemplative prayer and some Saturday programming, the space is also available for rental by church groups for meetings and other small retreats.
