Position Opening: Part-Time Children and Youth Ministries Coordinator, Christ Church, Woodbury

Position Opening: Faith Formation Director, Calvary Episcopal Church, Rochester

We seek a Part-time Faith Formation Director (20 hours/week) who will widen, deepen, and grow forward our successful Children’s and Youth Faith Formation programs at Calvary. With a passion for fellowship and education, the Director will cultivate spiritual growth and encourage authentic relationships with God among our church-school age children. This is a salaried position, requiring a flexible schedule with evening and weekend hours, 20 hours per week, for one year (July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2017), with the option of applying for a permanent position after our new rector is hired. Our current Faith Formation Director will be available through September 30, 2016, to help train and work in tandem with the new Part-time Faith Formation Director.

Position Opening: Operations Manager and Building Manager, St. Matthew's, Saint Anthony Park (St. Paul)

A 28 hour per week position (Tuesday – Friday with Sunday morning responsibilities) serving as the Operations and Building Manager at St. Matthew’s Episcopal Church in Saint Anthony Park (St. Paul), Minnesota. We are looking for a servant minister who loves God and loves working with God’s people both inside and outside the church. He/she will work closely with our Rector (Senior Pastor), overseeing the operations and buildings of the church, helping with administration, weekly production of two worship bulletins, supporting staff and church leaders in their ministries, and interfacing with and providing hospitality to the surrounding community. He/she will oversee St. Matthew’s computer/technology operations, including email communications and communications on The City (a social media platform), maintain church records and data, and attend to other duties as assigned. Excellent computer skills, written and verbal communications skills, people skills, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and sense of humor a must! The right person for the job will be skilled in use of Microsoft Word, Excel, desktop publishing software, and willing and able to learn ACS. He/she will be a self-starter, independent worker, creative thinker and problem solver who both works wellwith a team and alone, and can be counted on to get projects done in a timely manner.
