Last weekend metro-area faith communities collected and sorted birthday items and other supplies for families in need. In total, 100 birthday bags were created. The birthday bag program is sponsored by Episcopal Community Services. Participants also heard from Episcopal Community Services staff about their other programs and ways to become further involved. Participating were:
- St. Philip’s & St. Thomas, St. Paul
- St. Luke’s, Hastings
- St. John in the Wilderness, White Bear Lake
- St. John Evangelist, St. Paul
- Holy Apostles, St. Paul
- Ascension, Stillwater
