Episcopal Story Project Launched

Through video, audio, photography, original art, and a quarterly online magazine viewable on computer screens and mobile devices, Episcopal Story Project will tell the stories of the people of the Episcopal Church in Minnesota – stories that will enlighten, uplift, challenge, and engage faith and mission in new ways.

Episcopal Story Project is an opportunity for us to hear and share our stories – from small towns and small churches in Greater Minnesota to faith communities in the heart of the metro,” says Bishop Prior. “People are engaged in all sorts of great things doing all sorts of mission. Episcopal Story Project will open us all to new understandings about how God is alive and well and how we’re engaging God’s mission right here in Minnesota.”

Bishop Prior shares his enthusiasm for this project in this video on Episcopal Story Project:

The final website is under construction, however, visit the current site,www.EpiscopalStoryProject.org for ideas about the content that will be generated through this exciting new initiative.

New videos will be posted regularly and will soon be available as a podcast in iTunes. Watch for the new site by the end of February and for the first quarterly online magazine in the next few months.

Episcopal Story Project will grow and change over the course of the year as it develops and expands. In the meantime, your feedback and stories are critical to the success of this project.

Please send any feedback or story ideas to Wendy Johnson, Missioner for Communications, at news@episcopalmn.org.
