The Wells Foundation presents a concert
HONORING OUR VETERANS
Featuring: the University of Minnesota Health Sciences Orchestra Stephen J. Ramsey, conductor • with special guest Elise Bombaro, pianist Opening remarks by Major General Robert Shadley, U.S. Army (Retired)
The program will include the Edvard Grieg Piano Concerto in A Minor, John Williams' Hymn to the Fallen from "Saving Private Ryan," and an arrangement of America the Beautiful by Katharine Lee Bates and Samuel A. Ward. This concert is dedicated to the memory Dr. Robert Goodale - veteran, trombonist in the University of Minnesota Health Sciences Orchestra, and honorary member of the Wells Foundation Board of Directors.
Admission is free. Reception following.
You will have an opportunity to make a free-will offering to support the Wells Foundation's funding of housing and affiliated programs for homeless veterans.
