Eastertide Invitation: Studying Acts Together
Eastertide Invitation: Studying Acts Together
This Easter season, all congregations in ECMN are invited and encouraged to gather in small groups led by lay and clergy leaders to read Acts together. You may use any study guide you prefer, but Canon Blair Pogue recommends the following guides:
- Interpretation Series: Acts by Charles C. Williamson
- Acts from Scratch: The New Testament for Beginners by Donald L. Griggs
If you or a small group in your faith community undertakes the study of Acts together, will you please email Emilia Seay Allen, Director of Communications, to let her know? We would love to invite a few participants to share their reflections on Acts, and on the work of studying scripture together, with the diocese.
