This is an important opportunity to enjoy the luxury of spending several days together, engaging in rest, prayer, and play. Because ordained ministry is fundamentally shared ministry and communal ministry, it is the Bishop’s expectation that all active priests and deacons will attend the clergy retreat each year. It is an important part of the life and work that clergy share together.
