Parochial Report and Leadership Addendum Due

Parochial Reports cannot be accepted after April 30. Parochial Reports received between March 1st and April 30 (especially the closer it is to April 30) may be unable to be recorded electronically and therefore will appear never to have been filed. This is a responsibility of the Office of General Convention at the national church and is therefore out of ECMN's control.  If you need support, please contact Sandra Stevenson, your Missioner for Systems and Data, right away: sandra.s@episcopalmn.org, or 612-870-3315. 

There are no major changes to the 2023 Parochial Report. Instructions can be found here including a downloadable Parochial Report Workbook and Instructions or a webpage version. The online filing site is open.

As part of the annual reporting requirement, please complete this 2024 Leadership Addendum for your faith community. The Leadership Addendum is the only way that the Bishop's office knows who holds which roles in your faith community, and how to get in touch with those leaders!

The Parochial Report and Leadership Addendum are both due on March 1.
