Part-Time Children, Youth, and Family Faith Formation Director at St. Clement’s Episcopal Church, St. Paul

St. Clement’s is an Episcopal Faith Community located between the Grand Avenue business district and Rondo neighborhood of St. Paul, MN. We seek to serve one another, our community and our world. We share a commitment to spiritual growth and formation for children, youth and adults — welcoming and engaging with questions at every stage of Christian faith. We are a multi-generational community currently walking along-side 32 families with children, between the ages of 0-18, on their faith journey. We are seeking a half-time Children, Youth and Families Faith Formation Director to partner with us in the formation ministry of children, youth, and families at St. Clement’s. This position is open to both lay and ordained Christians and reports to the Rector. St. Clement’s culture is one of collaboration and this position works closely with: the clergy and staff, the Children, Youth, and Family Faith Formation Team, and Vestry. Compensation is competitive and includes paid vacation, pension, and funds for continuing education. We are not able to cover relocation costs. Approx. 8 hrs/wk; Wednesday evenings and Sunday mornings required. Share the gospel by being part of one of the most important ministries of the church, and equip children, youth, and their families with the knowledge and love of God so that they may thoughtfully and compassionately serve the world in God’s name.
