Director of Music at St. Mary's Episcopal Church, St. Paul

St. Mary’s Episcopal Church, St. Paul, is seeking a new music director.  We are a lively, inclusive, urban, faith community grounded in the rich liturgical and musical tradition of the Episcopal Church.  WE are looking for a skilled instrumentalist and inspiring choral director to lead the music for two Sunday morning services, Wednesday evening choir and Sunday morning band rehearsals, plus occasional rehearsals as needed.  This position is for 20 hr/week averaged out over the year, with seasonal increase around holidays and a lighter summer schedule. Director of Children, Youth, and Family Ministry at the Episcopal Parish of St. John the Evangelist

St. John the Evangelist Episcopal Church in St. Paul has an opening for Director of Children, Youth, and Family ministry. This is a full-time (40 hrs/wk) position. Duties include oversight of birth-5th grade programming, 6th-12th grade programming, youth confirmation, and offerings for families with children. Click here for a full position description

Part Time Director of Music at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church, Rochester

St. Luke’s Episcopal Church of Rochester posts a part time position for a Director of Music (serving both as Choirmaster and Pianist or Organist). We are looking for someone:

  • Who loves singing, and wants to lead our congregation and choir in singing well
  • Who loves people, and wants to motivate, train and nurture them in their ministries
  • Who likes to have fun, and is also organized and self motivated to get things done
  • Who is respectful of people’s individual spiritual journeys, and wants to help them succeed.

Part-Time Building Caretaker/Handyperson/Sexton at St. John's Minneapolis

We seek someone with a wide range of “handy” skills, experience with older buildings, and ideally someone with a boiler license or willing to acquire one at St. John’s cost. Part Time Music Director of Music at Trinity, Anoka

Trinity Episcopal Church, Anoka is seeking a part time music director (10-12 hours a week) to help plan and lead one 9:30 a.m. Sunday service each week with choir rehearsal before service, and also to plan and lead occasional holy day services throughout the liturgical year. Worship each Sunday features a blend of Book of Common Prayer/1982 Hymnal and contemporary liturgy and music, with a focus on intercessory prayer, healing, and social justice.
